        My family and I moved out recently after being at Cumberland Green for 3 years. The complex was wonderful, great neighbors. We became friendly with the maintenance team as they needed to be called a lot, but that was alright. Its extremely cheap- if you think theyre expensive, look at any other complex in NJ lol. The town itself isnt safe, which was our big deciding factor on moving. But Cumberland Green feels like a whole different place in itself- clean, welcoming, kind neighbors. Thank you to everyone there!

        I have been here for 8 years and I am absolutely disappointed in this place. So I was accepted into RN school in Florida. I gave my notice of vacating in September, I thought moving out there to Florida was the best thing since school was out there. School started in October and my lease isnt up until December 31st. I tried staying in Florida but it wasnt working out. I have made numerous calls to the office asking to take my vacancy back if I could stay. I was told they rented apartment out and I couldnt stay. Then a few weeks ago I saw that the apartment next to me was available Dec 27th literally 4 days b4 mine is available. I called the office to see if the people who rented my apt for January 1st could move into that apt and I stay where I am. They claimed the lady would have to move in sooner and she wasnt able too. Im not sure why she would have had to move in earlier when the apartment was literally available 4 days b4 mine is going to be available. I know exactly what they are doing they want old people out so they can raise the rent to bring new people in. They dont care about anyone, just money hungry. I think its absolutely horrible that Ive been here 8 years and they couldnt work with me. They never even offered me the other unit and thats because again they want new people in so they can raise the rent, Im not stupid. Im beyond annoyed and cant believe that after staying here this long that this is what they have done to my son and I. Very disappointed in this complex.

        They are not friendly to all of their tenants . Toke down most of the porches before replacing. Make their tenants pay for inspection.
