We met Mark in December 2021. While we interviewed a few real estate agents at the time, Mark made an immediate connection with us. We found him to be very knowledgeable and straightforward about our homes value and the whole sale process. We were planning on moving out of state but wanted to find a new home before selling our NJ home. Over the next 18 months he made sure to stay in touch with us even though we werent ready to sell our home. Sometimes he just called to say hello and give us a pep talk about our future. We never felt like he was just interested in the potential sale. In fact, we came to enjoy our conversations with him even when we veered into other topics. When we finally found our next home in Maryland we gave Mark the go ahead to put our house on the market. What happened next was simply amazing. Mark guided us about getting our house ready for sale. He came and took pictures for the listing, but he also made a video about the house which he posted on Facebook. It was truly impressive. When the house listing went live Mark had used his experience to get as many people in to see our house as possible. We literally sold the house in 4 days and got multiple offers well over asking price. We couldnt believe it! But thats not where our story ended. Mark continued to support us as we went through all the stages of the sale. And even after we closed, Mark checked in with us just to see how our move went and how were settling in to our new area and home. Hes a truly exceptional agent but more importantly hes an exceptional person. By the way, if we could give him a 10 Star rating we would!!

Mark was a tremendous help on our recent home sale. His advice and recommendations were right on target. Besides his expertise with the local real estate market he knows how to navigate the red tape a Seller has to complete prior to closing. From the day Mark came to see the house we were selling he was 100% accessible . It wasnt even his listing yet ! Mark is a true professional in every sense of the word. Guided us through a very complicated estate sale . Having a realtor that lives in town us also a big plus. He was a dream to work with. Easy peasy! Mark made the sale of our house an easy experience for my family. He took a lot of the pressures off of moving to a new state. Mark was very attentive to our questions and needs, great realtor to work with!! A+
