An appointment was booked prior to the designated day. As a customer approached the facility, was at the desk waiting for 20 minutes for acknowledgement. As the haircut process started the customer explained what was booked. The response was I don't have time to do that! I understand as a business it gets busy but in this case after booking the appointment you should be prepared to fill your end. I can only speak to the customer service that was provided by just one individual employee, but as an employee in management customer service should always be on the front end. A simple direct, sorry for the inconvenience, but I will not be able to fulfill the original booking would have sufficed. As an employer the communication of an employee can take away from the actual integrity of the whole salon. Please be aware and know who you book prior to going to your appoinment. It's appalling that this type of conduct is condoned because if not it would of never happened! Service: Haircut
