Stephanie at 5 Point PT is amazing!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Beyond PT, she has taken a holistic approach to my issues and helped me focus on practical lifestyle changes that have already made a difference. I never thought after years of accumulating aches, pain and discomfort that impacted my quality of life that this would be the answer. I am so grateful and feeling optimistic that I can feel normal again. Highly recommend!!!!

Cory & Deena are incredible & really helped me to understand & minimize my pain. They made me feel comfortable & welcomed when doctors had made me & my pain feel invalid in the past. I am so thankful I found 5 Point & can say that I use the PT stretches & advice I learned here every day. Their newer office is beautiful & you will feel well taken cared of here. Thank you again! I highly recommend anyone suffering with any kind of pelvic floor issues or pain to check them out!
