        Unprofessional front desk staff - even the nurse is rude. I only have a great encounter when Kayla is at the front desk. The front desk lady with the blue hair attitude is a perfect suit for a men's prison. The front desk are rude snapping turtles. They are only nice to patients that bring them treats.
