I went to pick up an order and the man who helped me was very rude, he seemed to be angry, he didn't even say thank you, he gave me terrible service.

This is such a good BK. The food is always hot (rare for bk) and the workers are great!

We don't eat fast food much and today was the perfect reminder why. The onion rings were cold yet burnt, the fries were cold and stale, both had a disgusting after taste of old oil. The whopper burger was cold, mushy, bun fell apart while eating, tomatoes were so old they were wrinkled and soggy. Really just disgusting. Don't waste your money.

The district manager is in midland park today, I don't know if waldwick is his store as well. Anyway, last Saturday they messed up our 2 large burgers . I happened to call accidentally waldwick instead of midland park. Midland Park made the mistake but I called the wrong store.. Waldwick said they would replace the burgers and apologized. When I showed up today in Midland Park to replace the burgers, they wouldn't honor the replacements because they had no record of calling them but rather us calling Waldwick. When I explained what happened nobody cared. Not just the manager but the District Manager himself denied to do it, they wouldn't honor or fix their mistake all because I called Waldwick.. Stayed there 30 minutes discussing it with him but he just wouldn't budge or do the right thing. I will contact corperate and the owner and get a full refund. We are angry.. This District Manager should not be in the position he is in. This store has definitely gone down hill.. Look who's running it.
