        I have taken my dog, 3x to the Midland Park location. Jake has done an amazing job of actually making my knotted puppy look like a doggy model. The service, the care, the way my dog loves Jake has made me a very happy dog parent.

        Not so great for older dogs/dogs with health problems. Her name is Sophie and you talked to my mother. First time I was there I told them she had a heart problem. No notes were put in and the second time the owner didnt groom her. Three hours of being under stress my dog got sick. And she looked terrible like a 5 year old cut her hair. I do a better job. No vet bills were payed. Which in my opinion should have.And a note should have been put in about her heart problem. Anyways. Younger dogs should be ok. Make sure your dog isnt being used to train there new workers how to groom. Besides that the owner does a quick efficient job. But thats the owner who did the haircut the first time. Definitely not the second.

        This was my dog Colas 1st grooming at Pampered Pooches at the Midland Park location. Jake was our groomer. He was friendly to us and gentle to Cola. He did a wonderful job! Thank you Jake! My 4 year old Maltese dog is sensitive that had been sick from other groomers many times in the past. I was in search for a groomer that would take good care of him and he wont be sick after. Now I believe I found the right place! Cola came back today beautiful and happy without any health issues. Im so glad we found the place. We will be back and I highly recommend this place!

        BY FAR my favorite grooming spot! Ashley was amazing, took such great care of my puppy and was super attentive to all our needs. So happy to finally have a go-to grooming spot for my fur babies. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication from the groomers at this location, it definitely shows! Again, thank you so much! Will definitely be back.

        This is by far one of the best places to get your pet groomed. My little pooch was handled by Ashley and she did such an amazing job. He came out looking so clean and groomed, I was honestly amazed he can be that white!

      Hello I am sorry, but we are having trouble figuring out who you are and who your pet is? The only client we have had matching your last name hasn't been groomed at our location in 5 months. If you are this client we are sorry if you felt that we could not groom your elderly pet but the health and safety of the pets we groom come first and maybe it was just unsafe to groom your senior dog as we do not want to put any unnecessary stress on an elderly pet. Again, we do not know the specifics of your issue because we never received any phone calls saying that we could not groom your elderly pet.Please note that we do not have any groomers at either of our locations who are untrained or being taught to groom.
