Franks was very pleasant to work with from the beginning. His workflow was extremely easy and efficient to get our final inspection report before its due date. His report was very thorough (tons of pics and write ups) and we learned a lot about our new home based on his expertise. The inspector was prompt, courteous, and took the time to do a thorough walk through of my property. Once he completed his review he discussed what my options forward were and what may require additional review (obstructed views didn't allow for full inspection). Overall a great experience and someone I would contact again for future inspections.
