Very Expensive. Greasy. Did not follow order instructions. People make mistakes, but I repeated my order twice. 30 dollars for 2 people and not even dining in? Crazy

Best kept secret in Midland Park, huge bagels, excellent coffee. The Tuscany Chicken Panini is phenomenal!

I love their bagels but the price went up to $1.50 a bagel and they don't even give you a bakers dozen!

Disgusted!!! I am an avid customer of the store and even live across the street and order all the time. I clearly Picture attached Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a rainbow bagel with no cheese. This is some thing I order at least once a week in the same way every single time. I got a plain bagel, ice cold by the way with cheese not on a rainbow bagel. When I called the store to tell them that it was incorrect instead of making it right, they proceeded to argue with me, could barely understand me, because nobody could speak English and insisted that they would make it right but he would come over and explain to me what he saw on the ticket etc. Im trying to get the kids out the door to school and didnt even get my order at this point because the people who work, there are more concerned with being correct, improving their point, and simply getting a very good customer and her children in the right order so they can go to school. I am absolutely done ordering from this over price location where you get the most rude service.
