        Community banks are the way to go for personal service. Investors Bank is one of the best. They handle my personal and business accounts. The Middletown branch is one of the two I most frequent. The entire staff here great. They are welcoming, attentive, and efficient. Always a great experience when I go to the Middletown branch. Even their mortgage division is great. I worked with buyers that use Investors for their mortgage and that was a great experience.

        Gina the bank manager is terrible. Not only is she rude. She refused to return 2 fees even though money was in my own account!!! I guess thats the way the bank makes there money stealing from customers. What a world we live in.
