Sprinkler Master

moved to monmouth county 3 years ago... gave a few sprinkler companies a try. they all were trash. SPRINKLER MASTER is incredible. They are reliable and honest and really care about their clients needs. I couldnt recommend them enough. The only company I will use.

Big shout out to Mark who came to activate my system on a Holiday, he called and was at my home 5 minutes after, turned on my system, which I didnt know how after he fixed a major problem at the end of last season that my previous company of 20 years wouldnt touch, also didnt charge me, doesnt get better than that!! After years of giving my business to Sprinkler Master, I had an emergency (water gushing out of outside valve and leak inside). I didn't get a call back for over two days and then Mark's rude and untruthful response was "I had 187 calls to return". Maybe that explains why when you call Sprinkler Master for help you get referred to his "Hinlickitys Ice Cream Parlor Cash Only" business. Mark, maybe you should stick to scooping ice cream for cash only as you don't know how to politely answer calls of long-term customers. I would suggest you avoid this business as there are many other responsive sprinkler companies that don't have a "cash only" ice cream business Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
