Way back in March I got a quote from them for a retaining wall. I sent them the check for a deposit with the assurance that they would schedule work within the next couple of weeks. Now here it is months later in mid June. Can't get any of them on the phone. No work has been done and I am requesting the deposit back. It takes them months to respond. They kept telling me "in a couple of weeks". This is just not acceptable. Update end of June 2023 : still no response and deposit has not been returned. Looks like I have to go to small claims court. Eric and his team did a nice job installing my paver driveway but there are settling issues where water pools up that are not being taken care of. The 2 star rating is based on the top soil that was delivered. When it was first put down it looked ok but once it settled, it was obviously unscreened and contained tons of gravel, wood chips and other material not suitable for growing a lawn. Eric is very aware of the problem and admitted it is junk. My contractor has been trying to get him to correct this but he is unresponsive and apparently doesnt intend to address it. I paid a lot of money for a lot of top soil and seed and have an eyesore of a lawn where very little is growing. Despite a decent result on the driveway pavers, I cant recommend a service provider who refuses to be accountable for their work. Services: Grass seeding, Driveway or walkway paving, Turf management
