Wells Fargo Bank

Has this bank since from 2013. Why was I charged a maintenance fee,. Made my account negative. I custom, made this account, no notification, that were changing. I called, you say, because you can. But didn't charge me last month or prior. Why randomly charge me. You makes millions off of people's misfortunes. To make it harder for me. Can't imagine who else you did this too, or something similar. This is a joke.

The asian gentleman working as a teller asked me for two forms of identification just for making a cash deposit. Why the heck do you need any id let alone TWO forms for me depositing my own money?? Felt racially profiled Im not going to lie.

Charged me a 12 banking fee a month because I dont have a 500$ direct deposit to my account in the middle of the pandemic do you not understand that people are still struggling and imposing new ba rules like this only pushes away you already dwindling customer base Ive used you guys for over 10 years I will be closing my account today.

Attentive, friendly, we had to go process a death in the family. I know this isn't that common. Also all banks are asking us for different things. Friendly I have a business account with them my father-in-law has a regular account with them. The ATM is only on the outside by the parking lot. We met with Ed.

ATM always open, sometimes there aren't enough $50s in the machine (for withdrawing purposes) but other than that I haven't had any issues with this location.
