THE BEST OF THE BEST! If youre like me you read reviews and heres one that should make the decision easy for you. Lou & his team are unmatched when it comes to quality and service. They installed an entire French drain system for my new home with 2 sump pumps along with a found crack seal and vapor seal. My contractors finishing my basement along with the radon remediation company said theyve never seen such precise work like this and asked for his card and information. Lou wont sell you on anything you dont need and his priority is his clients best interests. The job took exactly the amount of time he estimated and was so clean you couldnt even tell they were there. Thank you for the hard work and you gained a lifelong client. Stop scrolling through companies because Absolute Waterproofing is ABSOLUTELY the way to go!

If I could give 10-stars, I would. From the very first call to project completion, our experience was exceptional with Lou, John and the entire team. For Fourth of July, instead of cookouts + fireworks, we had a massive storm that flooded our crawl space & adjacent den. A stressful and unexpected situation to be in, but instant ease and assurance from Lou (super responsive, kind and cared to help us fix everything).
The initial estimate was also unlike other companies: John was incredibly thorough, inspected not only the crawl space, but our entire home perimeter, and explained everything to us in detail about the work to be done (drain system, with sump pump + external piping).
Fast forward to the week of the project, and we were beyond impressed, again. For the intense "demolition" aspect of this type of work, you'd never know it from our home. Each morning, tarps, covers and regular updates to know how things were progressing. The guys were also kind, friendly and took great care in our home + pride in their work.
It's not something we were expecting to have to do (we don't live in a flood zone, but more and more storms = this was a necessary investment). But we couldn't have asked for a more trustworthy, quality, professional and high quality human than Lou, John & team.
Worth every dollar spent to be worry free when it rains. Thank you + appreciate you!
