      I am sorry you feel this way but when you arrived you were informed there were people ahead of you and there would be a wait. Then after your tires were installed we had to go back and replace all your sensors that were old and not working, which we did not know before starting. The actual time to install and repair your tires was 1.5 hours including replacing your old sensors.
