Living here was nothing short of a nightmare, to the point that we actually left before our lease expired and just paid the remainder because it was such a hell full experience. We had infestations of mosquitoes, spiders, and ants, and would often get bit by various bugs in our sleep. The grass would grow to be above our knees, and centipedes literally crawled out of the cracks in the tile while we were showering. The washing rooms are absolutely disgusting. One has mold and looks like a prison cell, and the other had out of order signs plastered on it for months, due to someone leaving their wet and dirty laundry in their from June to December. Management never answers the phone whatsoever, and claims to never received the message whenever You leave a voicemail. Theres excessive domestic abuse, the cops are always there, and there was even a day when a woman fired gunshots at her boyfriends tires in the parking lot. Another day, I watched as the man across the lot from us punched his girlfriend in the face, shattered her phone on the ground, then put holes in all her tires with a drill. Theres no AC in the bedroom, so expect to sweat during the summer, and the faucet of the shower will come right off in Your hands to turn it on. And to top it off, we are being charged $75 for not returning our keys and laundry cards. I invite management to open the mailbox where You will find it, as instructed. I would have rather bought a tent and lived under a bridge then this pathetic excuse of a living environment.

This is my 1st impression of this appartment complex. 1. The idividuals I have been dealing with, Sheila & Tiffany have been excellent. When I have a question I never have to waIt for an answer. They have worked very close with me and I must say their customer service has been nothing but 100%. My apartment is being renovated and my move in date is scheduled soon. I am a believer that when one moves into an apartment complex they will be problems. My view of this is that when people complain tregarding maintenance they should look at them selves. I say this because I believe that people who rent do not look at their living space as their own. Many people use and abuse. I am a home over and I spend and ample amount of time making sure my home is comfortable. I will provide and honest updaqte to this review after I move in. But I tell you know, treat your apartment as a home or temorary home with respect. I will get back to you soon but in the meantime try searching for the positive. Thank you for listening.

I have lived here many years and the new owners are price gouging pure and simple. My rent has gone up astronomically at every renewal. Apt is antiquated and they are very stingy with the heat turning it off May 1 or sooner even if still cold. I have to have three space heaters. They want me out of here come in and do a slipshod renovation so they can gouge even more rent. Thats the plan the previous owners would only raise you a small amount. Garbage is always overflowing in dumpsters, papers strewn about the property and other garbage blowing around. I bring it to their attention so they might have it out for me here because as I said, Ive lived here a long time, they want me out, pricing me right out of this place. I dont know how they get away with it, but I intend to exhaust all avenues to see what my rights are, they want me on the street no dishwasher no washer and dryer bare-bones be very wary of renting from this outfit, but trust me Ive done a lot of reviews and I dont make stuff up. I would be very suspect of even going near this place to rent an apartmenttake a ride by , its nothing to write home about, far from it. Front doors are rotting away. I am so disgusted. They are unmerciful here. Trust me beware. Grass is horrible and be careful if you have an overnight guest because theyll tow your car out of the parking lot. Sign me disgusted and perturbed. This place has gone downhill and fast. Website says Apt. is located in Dunellen New Jersey but its not. These apartments are located in Middlesex. Large annual increases. BEWARE.

First off let me say this about the apartment complex the area is very quiet and this is something that you dont find too often but in this area of Middlesex it is cozy and comfortable but as for the management of the property it is done poorly you are never giving a straight answer and they take so long with repairs that you might as well hire someone else to come out and do it since you will be paying out of pocket for most of the things also the area where you empty your trash is constantly overflowing with debris from other neighbors it is to the point where you can barely add to it without tipping it over. and lastly the rent is ever increasing it is going to the point where the cost of living is where you will have to live on the street because they raise the prices every year and it is sad that we as people in this great American country have come to the point where we are making it harder for people to earn a living and have somewhere to stay that is great for them to raise their kids start a business or whatever their heart desires that is good for you know the evolution of our species I know I digress but I would not recommend this establishment to anyone because you wont even be able to afford it come 2023 or any year beyond
