    Weve been living here for over a month. Everything was extremely smooth and easy throughout the leasing process. Thanks to Amanda, she responded quickly and answered to all of our questions. And Isaiah the maintenance manager, he is the best. Hes super helpful and very attentive. We love living here. We highly recommend living at the Loft.

    February will make a year of us living here at The Lofts and I can see this being our Forever Home. I have never lived in a complex where management is so involved with the residents and it is truly a blessing ! I have a 7 year old daughter who loves spending time with the property manager Amanda during their kid friendly monthly events. Isaiah, the maintenance manager, has been so patient with me and some of my outrageous request. I can honestly say that I have harassed this man for the littlest things and he always comes with smiles and solutions. He is very knowledgeable to be so young and Im sure thats why they hired him to run all of maintenance. I would highly recommend The Lofts to anyone looking for their forever home

    Im adding to my review on December 2023. The manager and maintenance man are the worst weve had since we moved here. The maintenance man is always smoking all over the complex. He avoids doing any work. The first time we put an emergency request because we didnt have hot water, he came I believe the next day or so and told me that that wasnt an emergency. It is winter, its very cold, we have two young kids, but he just hates having to do any work. Hes always very negative and nasty , at least with me. He acts as if hes bothered by the requests. He also had to come back another day to fix the shower doors towel bar that broke. He never communicated that I should keep it. Yet I kept it for days. When he finally came to fix it after waiting for him for hours since he called me at around 10 am but without telling me he just didnt show up. I texted him at past 12 asking if he was still coming to fix the door? He called me and said I got called to do an emergency ok, but why not text me or call me to let me know so I wouldnt wait for him? He ended up coming at around 5:30 to 6 pm. He asks me where the towel bar was and I told him I threw it out that same day because I thought he didnt needed it since he never told me he did. He yelled at me and said why did you throw it out? But yelling at me in front of my two daughters (5 and 11) I got mad and told him he shouldve communicated with me that I should keep it, he had days to tell me and he didnt. He said well, youre just gonna have to wait! He left without saying anything else, came back after like 5 minutes. It turned out he went to the dumpster to get the towel bar. He put it on my shower and then left. Hes hands down the worst maintenance man Ive ever dealt with. Last night my husband put an emergency request because our upstairs toilet was leaking. No call or anything. Then my husband texted him so wouldnt have the excuse that he didnt see the request on the portal. He called my husband and told to just turn off the toilet water thing that the toilet has somewhere and that he was coming today in the morning. Its 9:30am and no sign of him coming. He said it wasnt an emergency because the toilet isnt flooding the bathroom or something like that. Nothing is an emergency for him. Theres more but not enough space. The manager is another weird person, very arrogant disguised as a good manager but far from it. She loves the attention and feeling important. It seems out of insecurity. Buy the way, they both yelled at each other at the top of their longs for like 15 minutes one day. The screaming was so loud that my son (21) and I heard it from our apartment which is far from the managers office and both our door and the office door was closed! It went on for a while and we thought it was going to get physical due to the intensity of the screaming and the duration of it. On top of all that, about two times they have charge us extra fees with no explanation of what theyre for that take a while to be removed from the account. The manager always says its corporate, that she has nothing to do with it. As of today they have charged us over $800 for Decembers rent, two separate fees. One of over $200 and the other other one of over $500. Both total $800 or so. Both just say fee, no specific reason, name for them. The manager said it was corporate again. As if thats not bad enough. Months ago they sued us wrongfully saying on the filing that we owed rent since I believe October of 2022. They were requesting to evict us. We contacted the manager and she said it was a mistake that we were current with our, which we knew yet it took months for them take the case out of court!!! We had to keep pushing for it! It took so long that we even had a court date! My husband told her that if he had to take the day off to go to court for a wrongful lawsuit, that that was going to be a problem. Now, when my husband called the manager to ask about those fees that total about $800, she said corporate charged that to people theyve sued in the past. Unreal and insane.
