When my wife and I bought our house in 2020, we had a list of items we wanted to update and quickly began knocking things off of our list. Knowing that we wanted a kitchen remodel, we got used to our space and started brainstorming some ideas for a new floor plan, quickly realizing that we werent designers! Ayars has always had a great reputation in home renovations, and we knew that when we were ready, wed be contacting them. Four years later, we decided to move forward and our experience was exactly what we expected perfect. Starting the process, Josh reached out to us to get a feel for what it was we wanted out of the renovation, and with a site visit, we were able to dial in on a rough draft of a list of wants and needs. He measured our area, was able to make recommendations, helped us understand the magnitude of the project, and set up a meeting with his designer, Sharon. Between the two of them, Josh and Sharons expertise in product lines, dimensions, aesthetic, spatial awareness, and functionality was invaluable. They had a passion for getting us exactly what we wanted by showing samples, making recommendations, collaborating and communicating as often as it took, and even grounding us if our thoughts were going astray. We felt comfortable and like a priority all of the time, throughout the entire planning process. Once a start date was determined, the execution was just as detailed. We had a schedule outlined with every work item for each day of each week. The team working at our home, Ethan and Kevin, were top notch in professionalism, respect, work ethic, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. They arrived on time, took time to zip-wall off any adjacent rooms before hand, and cleaned up at the end of every day, treating our home like their own. While on site, they felt like members of our family and were a joy. Managing the project, Eric and Josh would be in daily contact, stopping in to answer questions, verify progress, and solve a problem or two along the way. We had an unforeseen duct work issue that they had to engineer a custom repair for that ended up flawless. Overall, the value added to our home by the ideas on the front end, combined with the detail in craftsmanship and execution throughout, really couldnt have culminated to a better outcome. From our first phone consultation with Josh to the final inspections, Ayars exceeded our every expectation. Communication was high from the start of our planning process up until final inspection day. They are a well oiled machine and it shows! Each member of the team played a key role in bringing our bathroom remodel vision to life. Josh listened to our hopes for the space, worked hard with Eric to make sure our vision had function but also met our needs. Sharon was a pleasure to work with as we made design selections- she knew just when to speak up as we worked through choices, was fun and knowledgeable, and helped us make gorgeous selections. Then came Butch- truly one of the friendliest people I've ever met- he was such a pleasure working with on the job I actually was sad to see him leave once the project finished! He was meticulous in his work and made sure all trade partners met their deadlines to keep our project on schedule. Every person we encountered from Ayars, even if it was for a brief moment, was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Beyond the wonderful people, the craftsmanship and design of our finished product is what we are happiest with. Ayars Complete Home Improvement (no relation to us) renovated and redesigned our first floor including the kitchen, powder room, addition of fireplace, and upgrade of foyer and staircase. Our new space is gorgeous! Our remodel exceeded all of our expectations and, we can honestly say that there is not a single thing we would have done differently. Ayars has assembled an amazing team. The professionalism, care, and pride each and everyone of them put into their work is remarkable. From our very first conversation and then throughout the planning stages, Josh Ayars realized our vision and helped us enhance it. We were blown away over and over again by the talent and skills of Ethan and Eric. The constant open communication, explaining all the details, throughout the job was so reassuring. We couldn't have pulled the space together so beautifully without Sharon's direction and guidance. She is truly an asset to achieving next level results. Butch and Randy really complimented all that was happening in our home and were an absolute pleasure to work with as well. All Ayars' subcontractors were great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and as we wanted it. We truly enjoyed working with everyone at Ayars Complete Home Improvement, have plans to hire them again in the coming year, and highly recommend their them for your next home improvement project.
