        Bought a custom door through Acre. Customer service throughout was incredible. Design was easy and very helpful, understood our wants and didnt try to oversell anything. Install team was prompt, efficient and clean. They did a great job and we are very happy with our new door.

        I would not recommend this company. I had a leaky bay window on my house. First guy that showed up was very nice and told me the window needed to be replaced which was fine. After he took the initial $7,000 from me they showed up 3 more times to measure and it took 5 months to start the job. The day of the job the window came and was to small. The crew did an excellent job on the outside capping the gaps but the inside was a mess. The frame was small and partially painted leaving nail holes around the boarder and they had wires hanging from underneath the frame. The foreman left and the crew told me they were done. After a language barrier with the crew I called the company and they assured me the foreman would be back. He did not show up the next day until 11 and I caught him before trying to leave again. He assured me they would fix the problem and left again saying he had 5 more jobs to supervise. The tried leaving again and luckily I was able to stop them. They did a terrible spackle job and left the frame unpainted and cut the wires. They also left the protective film on the window and left the 500 pound metal container that the window came in on my front lawn. Now after $20,000 dollars I have to spackle, paint, buy a ladder so I can peel the film off the window, and find a scrapper who wont charge me to take this crate. This was a headache and I would recommend going elsewhere.
