        Scheduled a liner to be installed in the chimney. Technician has gone out to the house 2 times and still no liner installed. I was told it would be done in one day. This company does not communicate with customers at all what so ever. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on and have asked to speak to a manger. I'm told every time that a manger will call me back but I still have not heard back from them.
