Eileen was extremely professional and our buying/selling process couldn't have been any easier. She worked with us with what limited inventory is out there by getting us viewing appointments as soon as possible and helping us be aggressive in our offers and negotiations with the seller. Eileen sold my house a week ago. She did a thorough market study (I was not expecting this level of study) before she placed my house on the market. She was preparing to do open houses every other week, but she had to do only one and we got many offers within a matter of days/a couple of weeks. She was prompt in communicating updates and also prompt in responding to my questions. She kept a good communication link with other agents (buyers' agents) as well as with me. After I moved out (house was vacant for few weeks), she even volunteered and drove to the house (to be sold) to feed fish in the fish pond every other day. That was a big relief for me. She was at the top of every step in the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Eileen if you are in need of a real estate agent's service.
