Terrace Plant Shop

I walked in on a whim and Im so happy I did! I ended up making my own little terrarium plant with the front desk staff as a guide. She was so friendly and calm to be around which I appreciate so much as I was having a stressful day. The owner was also very friendly and provided instructions on how to take care of my new plant. He told me about the hand made candles they have and OH im def coming back for their candles!! They have candles that smells like tres leches, ube, and other delicious scents. Im so happy I walked in and this is my now favorite store in metuchen

My friends and I did the terrarium workshop for a bachelorette and I highly recommend it, we had such a great time! Peter is highly knowledgeable, we learned a lot about how to construct and care for our terrariums as well as how to overall care for plants in general. I also bought a new plant for my home based on Peters recommendations, my favorite plant is pothos and he helped me find one that was similar in style and care. I will definitely be my new go to place for new house plants!

Terrace is more than a plant shop. Its more like a safe haven for the community. Ive loved it there since I moved to Jersey. So much so that my husband and I got married there. Thank you Peter and Michelle for making our wedding day everything that it was. Terrace is a special place.
