Big No No, poor service and attitude! When I was filling the forms for a small business at the CPA office, they asked me to leave blank unsure fields for them to fill and would let me review before submitting. It turned out they didn't contact me for review, and now unfortunately there is a critical error in my business registration. I admitted I might have a typo in the form, but if there was a chance of review I would be able to correct it. Even worse was their attitude. I called them afterwards, both the assistant and Hua didn't take any responsibility, just said ruthlessly their work was done, that's it, for any correction or solution you just pay money! It's for a customer from 2004.
