This review is definitely long an overdue. Dr. Wu took care of me when I found out I had Graves disease. She is the reason I am in remission and I cant be more grateful, she helped me through my pregnancy, and was absolutely incredible

I have been going to Dr. Wu for many years. When she was in a group practice and now that she is on her own. Prior to that, I was with a few other endocrinologists who were awful in the Hamilton area. I thank God every day that I found her. She is thorough, kind, understanding and she works you into bettering your health. She wants you to succeed! Whether you go to her for diabetes or thyroid conditions she is knowledgeable and one of the most caring doctors I have ever met in my 57 years. I have sent friends and family to her and they all agree that they are in such good hands. I can't say enough about the care I receive from her. Top Care, Top Doctor!

My mother has been seeing this dr for a year now she was in the office the other day luckily I wasnt with her because I wouldve went to jail the way she disrespected my mother the things she said to her in front of all the patients in the waiting area she is a very vile woman who has 0 compassion for anyone!!!

Awful and incompetent staff. My mother in law has been a patientfor years and has always had a copay. Now, they want her to pay coinsurance subject to 50% of the billables. I had to take time out of my day to call Horizon and confirm that she is only responsible for the copay and the rest with be paid by Horizon BCBS. I conferenced in the office, Horizon and myself. The Rep from Horizon confirmed that Dr. Wu is Tier 1 and my mother in law has a co-pay. We hung up and 5 min later they call my mother in law saying that Horizon is wrong and she has to pay 50% coinsurance. Unreal with how these "professionals" try to take advantage. Shame on you - if I could give a ZERO star rating I would. Congrats on losing a long time patient.
