Not only are they great with ideas and tools in place. However; Sal is AMAZING!!! He is your go to guide for advice and coaching. His suggestions has helped the practice in a lot of ways. I have been working with Sal and Rachel for a year to turn our marketing around. We came in with great google reviews but no active marketing momentum as we had quit marketing three years prior. Covid and staff shortages and several other challenges made it a really tough year. We just did our end of year review and despite all that we met our goals. Rachel is fantastic to work with. She is hardworking and kind. She stays on top of everything and gets back to me asap when I have questions. I've worked with other marketing companies before and my biggest problem was always that there was not ONE point person to manage my marketing. And if I wasn't doing this everything would slide. They would be content with decent stats. NPI is different. They want my practice to be number one and they aren't going to stop improving things even once they get me there. I also like working with Sal. He and Mark are happy to help and advise with any marketing questions (even horrible transitions!) They are great people and I look forward to achieving even greater success together going forward.
