        Kids have a really great time here. Took off a star because customer service wouldn't allow me to upgrade to a membership after I put the kids socks on and had a chance to read their boards. We'd never been here before. Anyway, not to gripe. This place is very clean. Staff is helpful and accommodating. I love the guy that plays ball with the kids. He really amps them up and wears them out lol he's the real MVP!! Bathroom was clean and stocked. Massage chairs upstairs is a plus. Having an upstairs to escape to is an even bigger plus!!! Lol ..... Side note: DON'T EAT OR DRINK HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON LEAVING YOUR FIRST BORN. PRICES ARE INSANE. GO TO WAWA.

        NEVER AGAIN! In addition to being dirty, smelly, unorganized, overcrowded with awful food, make sure you bring your own first aid kit. A member of our party broke an arm on a trampoline - I don't blame them for this, but the response was pathetic. We were lucky to get a bag of ice. A manager was informed and couldn't even be bothered to ask if we needed anything. Would have probably voided the waiver to offer any assistance.
