After 18 years in leaving in Mount Olive, NJ, my wife and I decided to downsize from a 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath single family home to a townhouse or a condo. By the time we decided to put our house in the market, the crisis with Covid-19 started and we were wondering if it was the right time to sell. We never doubt in hiring Christine Hovliaras from Kienlen Lattmann Sothebys International Realty in Mendham, NJ as our real state agent. She had the mission of finding us a place, closer to my work, in a nice community, that fits our budget and sell our house. Not only she was extremely professional; but also she went above and beyond by helping us staging our house for sale and conducting all the showings in person, following all the Covid-19 protocols. We had an offer in one week, and three weeks later we were under contract. Additionally, she found us a lovely condo in Somerset, NJ. She provided references of her network for the mortgage, lawyer, and even home inspections which made our process a lot easier. After three months we closed on the buying of our condo, the sale of our house in record time. She was on top of every detail and was always our allied and advisor in many aspects during the whole process. We highly recommend Chris and her team for any real state needs.
