I cannot express enough what an incredible experience I had with realtor Michael Brattelli. He was thorough, timely, and made the entire process so seamless. I had to sell my condo from out-of-town, so I was very nervous that it would be difficult. Michael so clearly explained each step of the process in great detail and took care of things when I could not be there in person. From pricing to negotiation, everything was spot-on. I am so grateful that I chose him to help me through this process. What seemed so daunting at the outset was made so simple through his help. It was our good fortune to have hired Mr. Michael Brattelli of Weichert for the selling of our house. From start to finish his involvement was nothing less than outstanding. Far beyond being simply responsive, he was also insightful and frankly proactive. He identified and rectified potential issues immediately. Knowing little about the whole process ourselves, he guided us through it like a person who'd been at it for decades. Never flustered, he exhibited a confidence that all would go well in the end (as it surely did). We benefitted from his contacts and he even reached out on our behalf to help with coordinating inspections, small repairs and the like. We'd expected significant buyer interest in our home, but under his expert presentation we saw even more interest than we'd anticipated and ended up with several excellent offers. Our selling experience was far, far better than we'd expected it would be. The obvious reason for this was that we had Mike, his expertise and his hard work at our side.

I really had a wonderful experience with Mike Bratelli as my realtor selling my home. This was my 6th home sale as an owner – I am not a rookie – and the first 6 agents had done some serious damage to the profession. This was to the degree I started my interview with Mike telling him I have hated every real estate agent I had ever dealt with. I’m a surly old man – what’s he going to do? He didn’t flinch. I hired him, and he impressed. He’s smart and verbal – I need a person who can talk up to me (use legalese) or down to me (keep it simple) – depending on the situation and he navigated both to perfection. Most importantly – the dude is on top of everything, all the time. My house sale wasn’t smooth – 1st deal blew up – we had lots of repair issues with both deals. He was constantly working with the other agents, repair people, attorneys and me as the seller, so the deal moved. He always knew the status of everything. Deal that blew up was 25k above ask. Deal that closed was 40k above original ask. This is money – he took it very seriously like he was working with his own. Tons of respect. He didn’t redeem all realtors with his actions, but I have one. And I am not afraid to move again.
