Andre is an exceptional realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the local market and the entire transaction process. He has numerous contacts within the business to help sellers and buyers through their inspections, repairs, and beyond. And his knowledge of the entire contract process is top notch. During our sale he asked the buyers to add what seemed at the time to be a minor detail, that ultimately saved the sale further along the process. I trust him completely and have already recommended him to our family and friends. I tend to be skeptical of realtors, but Andre is a true diamond.
