THE WORST! Office has NO customer service what so ever. Coming from experience, my son had wisdom surgery. Doctor billed insurance close to a year after service. They send a bill that we owe over $600.00 for service. I contact my insurance and they shared the office billed incorrectly . I was told that my financial obligation was fulfilled at the time of service- and close to a year later they decide - we owed them over $600. The office was fraudulent - adding charges for items that was not rendered (adding excessive anesthesia charges, panaromic films that were already provided). After years of trying to resolve these charges- they decide they want to sue- for their negligence! After securing a lawyer - we find out that they are making a day of it - taking patients to court to retrieve funds that they are stealing from hard working Americans.

We have visited the Haddon Oral Surgeons, Medford on 08/17/2021 for the first time and our appointment time was 4 pm. We have reached by 3.45 pm itself and filled a couple of forms as routine procedure. But we have waited for an hour at the reception, they have to understand that time is precious for everyone and provide the appointment accordingly. The staff members are very friendly and it took only 5 to 10 minutes for single teeth extraction. I would suggest to check with them before starting from home/office in order to avoid long waiting time.

So pleased with Dr Garins removal of my 4 front teeth. He was so kind and helpful. It was over before I knew it! A special thank you to his 2 assistants that were also very kind to me.

I had the most wonderful experience at Haddon Oral Surgeons! Dr. Garin and his staff were super calming and helped me feel confident about having the procedure done. I was nervous but the experience was pleasant. I had an easy recovery after some well given instructions. Highly recommend this practice!
