        Used to be a good firm but have gone downhill. If they do your taxes, you'd better pay another accountant to correct the mistakes Padden Cooper made before you file. They filed our business tax return with the claim that we had purchased a $40,000 automobile, which was totally fictitious. Then they took depreciation on it! We have to completely refile our tax returns, pay extra taxes and penalties and Padden Cooper lift a finger. They won't correct the filing they made, won't pay the tax penalty. Absolutely dreadful client service. Don't ever expect them to make amends for their mistakes.
