        I thought I was going to save some money instead of a professional CPA. WRONG! They cost as much as a private CPA, charging by the forms. And the kick in the a#%, 2 years later I get a notice from the IRS that my 2019 taxes were filed incorrectly and missing a huge amount of information impacting the taxes paid. KATHLEEN REKUCKI didn't check a box for the 529 college funds (even though we discussed in detail) and now I'm being audited. Go back to the Maywood office, it's closed. Got a run-around between 2 different people, 2 different offices; no follow up. An H&R block rep offered to write a letter to the IRS (for an additional $100), after I did mountains of paperwork back-up, to rectify the problem. Took to a professional CPA when I received no calls back from H&R Block(heads). Both my Federal and NJ returns needed to be amended. After everything was straightened out by a private CPA, I got a refund back from NJ that H&R Block(heads) did not even pick up on! I will definitely learn from mistakes made. Overcharged and too many errors! NEVER AGAIN!!!
