Very disappointed with the process, final numbers were not ready a day before closing. Fees are ridiculous; not to mentioned that at closing we found out that the loan will be serviced by Fairway Mortgage, our previous lender. If we would have known about it, we would have gone through Fairway directly. I dont recommend this lender to anyone. If you want a lender, speak with your bank or a different direct lender like Fairway or others not a third party.

high closing costs and fees - loan estimate kept changing to a higher number- all that process and headache to find out our mortgage was eventually transferred to Fairway mortgage- had we known we would've went directly thru Fairway which they would've given us closing discounts etc- I would not recommend Classic mortgage to anyone .

Classic Mortgage is amazing, this is the second time we've use them. Laura is amazing always so very helpful I couldn't have done any of it without her. Gina is so patient and explains everything in such detail. Daniel was always a big help as. I would highly recommend. they are always readily available to help.

Laura is the worst. She constantly has clients when she scheduled a phone call with you, blows it off and expects you to answer whenever she calls. People work also and just because you sell million dollar homes does not mean you should treat a first time home buyer (who needs the most information as it is all new these clients). If you question anything she says she takes immediate offense to it and accuses you of questioning her intelligence. I got a second option and she had a huge issue when it is actually recommended to shop around and get intel from other just as successful (way more polite) loan officers. She expects you to do all the work, and should lay off the photo shoots and actually look at the same documents you will submit multiple times. Wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. All over the place.
