So far my experience with Diamond Fantasy could not be better. I went in to have a watch battery replaced. They were very friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. I tried to pay with my credit card and the bill was only $10 so she asked for cash. I didn't think I had cash and the owner said: "It's ok, you can bring it another time". I couldn't believe how she trusted me. I found $9 cash and said I'm sure I have quarters in the car but once again she insisted it was ok. I felt bad but at the same time honored that she was so caring. (Don't judge me, I never carry cash). Anyway, I have more jewelry repair to get done so I will be back!

Really nice folks. This place was recommended by my sister and her husband, after we couldnt find what we wanted from multiple other jewelers. As soon as we walked in, it just felt right. Theyve made a few sizing adjustments on our wedding bands since we bought them, no questions asked. We are so happy, we even recommended them to my Mom (she needed a xmas gift for my Aunt)! Ten stars!!! And Booshy the pup is super sweet!!!

They were so great with helping resize as well as help pick out my engraved wedding band. Realized I needed a new tie clip 6 days before the wedding and no problem. Would highly recommend.
