    RUN don't walk- away from this agent. Although told multiple times about the family situation and occupancy of the house, Cindy continued to collect our money and never directed us to the appropriate policy for the situation. Then when we had a claim, we couldn't collect on over $100,000 of damage. But she took our money after that, charging extra for it not being lived in (was unlivable!), and finally State Farm decides to cancel the policy after something like 70 years. I wish I had been more forceful and had my husband change policies early in this mess as I never trusted her. Sucks to be right.

    Switched to a different agency within state farm. This one actually had a nicer person to deal with, Vincent. But from my previous review my policy 6 months premium went from $1,149 to almost $1,800 with no notice on either policy whatsoever. To my surprise I was expected to pay $288 with an adjusted cost of $357 per month which nobody relayed to me. I will not work with state farm insurance any longer if I ever go to another auto insurance company. Their app tells you nothing about your coverage and you have to dig around online on the website just to figure it out. I can't imagine what elderly people must go through with this. Long story short I went back to my previous Insurance company Plymouth Rock. Better policy and almost half the price at $159. Their app is also easier to navigate and the agents are a lot more helpful. State farm as a company is not transparent at all. I was caught by surprise with my monthly because my policy total balance did not match what was on the website. Nobody wants to wake up and see you owe $357 in the middle of your monthly policy. My premiums changed twice within 3 months and I had no accidents or claims or anything. Complete disaster.

We have been helping people with their insurance needs and have been offering reviews for over 25 years. Anytime there are changes that may affect your insurance policy it is important to notify your agent. I have known your family for over 20 years and if they have any questions, they may call my office. For privacy reasons I cannot comment on a person’s policy on an open forum and I need to discuss this only with the policyowner or someone who has POA.
