I recently had East Coast install a new roof on my home. The process started with Marissa coming to our home and discussing what would be needed. She also was able to tell us exactly what roof color she would recommend to coordinate with the color and accents of the home. We've had several sales people com to the home recently and she was by far the most professional and knows her business. I had a question about a week after and sent her a text. She responded immediately. Their communication was fantastic throughout the entire project. On the day of our installation, I received a prompt knock on the door and was greeted by the project foreman, Ervin. I was very impressed by him and his crew and could not have been happier with the speed, look, quality and professionalism of Ervin and his staff. Special precautions were taken to protect my garden. We had visits during the day by several gentlemen from East Coast. This was the most efficient roofing operation I've ever seen. Clean-up began at 2pm and the team left by 3.
