Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Doctor seemed completely unprofessional and avoided all reasonable questioning. Even saw it fit to give me trial pair of contacts that were "close" enough to my prescription. In addition, they charged me a fee that they told me was not covered by my insurance. This place is a sham and does not deserve the time of day for anyone who wishes to receive proper treatment from an optometrist.

One star only because is the only way I can make my review other wise is a ZERO STARS. No one should have to wait over 45 minutes for a follow up visit I could tell it was going to be longer than 45 minutes because there was other people ahead of me. My first appointment I felt rush, I felt like I was wasting the doctors time I had questions she kept taking deep breath, my second appointment was the other Doctor a male Doctor he told me if I had questions I needed to schedule another appointment- Really???? It had to be with the first doctor I also tried calling I waited 30 minutes no one answered. when I went in to reschedule I asked about the long wait on the phone I was told that all calls go to Texas ... incredible....

I rarely post a review. I would rather post a positive review if I did any. For any of us the most value thing in our life is time. To make anyone sit for 50 minutes for an eye exam is absolutely ridiculous. I left and will not be returning. Staff was pleasant, place was clean...but just completely inconsiderate of clients time
