The Glades At Hamilton Greene

It's my absolute pleasure to write this review about The Glades at Hamilton Greene and especially the leasing staff and in particular Mary. I was looking for a new apartment and came across this community. From the start working with Mary to find me the perfect apartment was a breeze. From initial paperwork to move in day and keys she was there to help me, answer any and all questions and could not be any nicer throughout the entire move! I wish i could put more stars. Thank you Mary! Also the staff is just as friendly from the ladies in the leasing office including Destiny who helped me measure the apartment and also super nice to the maintenance staff that is always friendly. The Glades at Hamilton Greene is where you want to be!

We have lived here for 3 years the outside is beautiful & photos look pretty but the quality isnt there we can hear our neighbors above us like they are in our house I have emailed & called multiple times to complain and have had no updates on the situation. They allow large breed dogs to live in the second level & that causes a very hard time for the people below , with young children who have to go to school & cant sleep due to the poor insulation. Maintenance on more than one account has just painted over water stains, or mold without actually fixing the problem. The grass is dead rocks and no grass, except for near the housing office and along the tree line was just recently installed with sprinkler system. Landscapers come, but Ive never actually seen them. Do any work besides walk around with their equipment. And the pool is always filthy with hair & bugs always in the water, the housing office is beautiful inside & really can make you buy the dream , however just be aware the walls are very thin in the new apartments , the fixtures are beautiful but the rest of the house is cheaply made for the price you pay! Also in 2021 they removed & re built the housing office taking all the gym amenities away after charging us & now its free to everyone so un necessary charged. Im thankful for nice neighbors across from us but above is another story between the loud echo of dogs barking none stop & slamming at all hours & no change or update from the staff on if anything has been discusses, I have also asked above nighboor to quiet dogs down an I get an apology but nothing changes.
