        First, I want to preface this by saying that I recently visited a different H&R Block location, and the service I received there was wonderful. However, when I initially called the main H&R Block number for this particular location, it went to voicemail. Two days later, when I called back and politely mentioned that I had a few questions, the response I received was, "Uhhh, I mean if they are quick then yeah," in a disgusted tone. This is unacceptable. I promptly hung up, saying nevermind and wished them a nice day. How is it that you call a place and they dont allow you to ask questions or tell you to make it quick? I had an amazing experience at the other facility, which makes it shocking that I stayed with this company after that rudeness. Nonetheless, people shouldn't feel antagonized for seeking help, especially when they practically left a voicemail telling me to call back.
