Amano Pizza-Matawan

The pizza here is so freaking good and its not the crazy prices that most places are charging nowadays. Way better than La Madonna down the street & less expensive & the staff are WAY friendlier. I live in jersey city & work in New York and eat pizza way too much and Amano trumps 95% of places Ive ever tried. Along with the prices and friendly staff, I would go out of my way and drive further to come here any day of the week. I got a spinach artichoke slice, a couple grandma slices, an Italian roll & a buff chicken roll and every bite of all of these were so yummy. I dont leave reviews often but I really really really like this place. Would suggest.

Stopped by here while visiting my uncle in the nearby home, and Casey I hope I spelled it right kept my food warm for about 30 minutes as I was late getting back to pick it up. It was so delicious i had never had a spinach wrap before but this was top notch!!

Never had a bad meal. Love this place. Ive done dine in, take out, and delivery. Staff is very friendly and food is delicious! Always my go to spot from pizza, to pasta, and dont get me started on the garlic knots!

Amanos pizza is my new go to pizzeria. Their plain slice is nostalgic and can not match anywhere nearby. The staff is super friendly and it shows in the quality of service and food. Highly recommend!
