A 0 is not possible in this rating system. Horrible place to bring your dog to. They are very sloppy with with what they do and they have the nerve to raise their rates!. I will never go there again and I have advised most people in my community not to go there.

I have been going to this place since I basically got my dog in November 2017. Never had issues. Never cancelled an appointment or had a “no show”. This morning I made a call to schedule a grooming for my mini schnauzer or if they had any cancellations I can come same day. The owner proceeded to tell me that they did have a cancellation and I could come but if I want to bring my dog back here I would need to pay my “no show” fee since I booked something back in September and canceled same day. Mind you, that day they were insanely busy and when I called I asked if it was ok because I know about their cancellation policy and did not want to be charged for any fee. they were sort of happy they got some extra time in between (it was supposed to be a bath that usually takes them 30 mins) but it helped them catch up that day so they said not to worry. This person (I talked to today, the owner) was very rude and did not care to hear what had happened and she just went on about how the groomers would not be able to pay their bills because of my “no show.” So I let her know I will simply stop going there and she didn’t care. I have seen other similar reviews so I know it was just not today, this person is rude to everyone. The groomers are great and friendly but I unfortunately would stop going there. Do not go there, if they treat a long time customer that way, I wouldn’t expect anything better for a new one.

Giving one star because I’ve taken my dog there 4 or 5 times and they have done a good job generally speaking. That being said… I called to make a regular appointment and they told me their notes say that my dog is too aggressive and can’t be groomed there. I don’t mind if they don’t want my business (or my least aggressive doodle in history), but they said nothing when I picked up my dog, they happily charged me and let me walk out. And again this is the only place I’ve groomed my “suddenly aggressive” dog. Sounds like a groomer issue more then a dog issue. As a regular customer I expect to be treated better than arguing vs “I don’t know who wrote it or what happened but it’s in the notes”…maybe that’s asking too much from this business.
