Douglas VIP are great. We had a couple of last minute issues with our trip at both ends and the owner was so understanding and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and the professionalism was first class. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional, I would recommend Douglas any time. Received an SMS as soon as I landed and as soon as i stepped out of T4 at JFK, Douglas was right there taking care of my suitcase and getting the door for me. Perfect smooth drive in a lovely Cadillac Escalade. Faultless. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service! Been using Douglas for years! This is my preferred use of transportation to and from NJ/NY airports. Luxurious vehicles, water bottles, phone chargers, and good convo! Thank you!

We have been using Doug for years . His prices are the best and service is exceptional. Always on time for pick up to airport and never ever a problem at airport pickup . Vehicles are always spotless a great way to start our vacation stress free
