I had a serious motor vehicle violation, and Mr. Tumelty really helped me. He was patient with me and listened to me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease with what I was going through. Mr. Tumelty was very up front of what may happen and how he may be able to help.
We went to court and that's when I found out his work was all for my benefit.
My husband was very impressed with him also.

When my son was accused of a situation in Wildwood. I started calling lawyers and the first thing I heard was I needed a retainer before coming in, this could be serious jail time. All of them just seemed to want to scare me. When I called John s office they were courteous and asked just for me to come in to meet him to discuss the case.
Wow, what a great experience with John, he sat with me and my son for over two hours not asking for any retainer or anything. He wasnt in a rush and truly took an interest in trying to understand the case and make logic out of it. He then explained the options to my son and I.
After over two hours, John told me to go home think about it and to call him tomorrow and decide if I wanted him to be my lawyer.
After being in business and dealing with people for many years, I knew John was my guy.
He is caring, courteous and not focused on the financial aspect but understanding the situation. I actually argued with him that first night to give him a check and he insisted I wait and think it over. During such a time of uncertainty It was a great experience to have someone like John to work with.
