Everyone who works here is absolutely braindead. They charged me for self pay even though I sent them my insurance information. Bounced me around to their billing department in order to get the charge refunded and then they said they have no record of me being a patient! Yet they still charged me? How is that possible. Problem is yet to be resolved

I had a great experience for my first visit and am looking forward to being a patient for years to come hopefully/ Had my 2nd appt and again a great day Ernest is interested in how I am doing and actually listens and hears me, he respects that I know myself and doesnt try to convince me otherwise. Im really glad having to find another Dr is turning out to be a great thing! Thank you Insite Health

I was a patient here for almost a year, expecting a $15 copay per session. To my surprise, I received a bill totaling $400 for services going back as far as August, with double billing for each session. The lack of transparency was disappointing, and had I known about these charges upfront, I would have reconsidered my choice of healthcare provider. When I reached out to inquire, the response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. Transparency regarding billing practices is crucial for patient trust and satisfaction. Later, I spoke with the practice's VP, who mentioned that their billing is arbitrary because insurance companies determine payment rates. He suggested they have no control over their pricing. This situation raises concerns about potential insurance fraud.
