Plant Home Lending bought my loan from another lender and came up with the wrong escrow amounts resulting in me having to go back and forth with them for weeks and provide proof. They also let my property almost go into tax sale when they didn't pay the taxes due on the property out of the escrow they collected. If you use this company, stay on top of all payments and escrows because they will not be accurate

The initial loan officer was extremely helpful and very good at what he does. The loan agent was fantastic and bent over backwards to make things easier and get everything in order and would go to bat for you. The underwriting team was drastically unorganized however and made the ending of the process a nightmare. Thankfully the loan agent was able to get things on track

The reason I gave this company three stars is because out of the times Ive called there Ive only had one representative who was polite. The other times that I have reached out to this companys main phone number I have been met with the rudest representatives that Ive ever encountered, they talk down to you, they talk over you and I have literally been called a liar by one rep. I have reported this issue before, but yet Planet home lending seems to hire the rudest representatives. I would like to say for Juan Valdez he was great! He was very knowledgeable, and he answered my questions and spoke to me like a human being. I dont know if you guys realize but customer service is very important. My loan was acquired and Im stuck with you guys but that doesnt mean that you should talk to me anyway when I call in.
