Edit after reading Olga's response: Well there, you proved that the problems originate at the top. Note that I said I've had many visits, and the service has gotten worse. Neither did you accept responsibility, or indicate that you would address the issue -- instead you blamed me for "pursuit of perfection". For that bit of gaslighting, I've removed a star. The proper response should be: thank you for honest review, we strive to meet customer expectations, it is fair and reasonable that you feel dissatisfied, we are taking steps to address the issue, we encourage you to revisit and give another try, many employees depend on Olga's. Good luck with your approach to customer satisfaction. Original review: Long time customer, and sadly Olgas continues to slide. Yesterdays visit during a non busy afternoon time was the final time. Slow service, mistakes, everyone around us seated after us received their food before us, then wrong dishes tried to be served us by our cranky waitress, only to then wait another ten minutes at least. Food is average at best. RIP the Olgas we knew.

I remember the old Olga's Diner, the circle landmark. Toward the end, Olga's was 'meh'. That tradition continues. In a pinch, I come here. Not going out of my way. The food is ok. Nothing remarkable.
