I was given a voucher gift certificate from Groupon for the holiday. I had a V ERY hard time using the voucher. Ok be excuse after another as to why they wouldn't accept. Finally made appt for massage and facial with eye mask. Massage was ok BUT the facial - awful. This wet thing, which I could assume was the mask, was plopped on my face. Hand things were placed on my saran wrapped hands. I was left in the room alone. My hands got SO hot like burning. Had a very difficult time getting them off. My arms were rubbed SO hard it left bruises. Then on top of that I was charged $8.00 in taxes., which is not correct. Taxes are only charged on massage. I mentioned this and was told "manager say you pay $8.00 in taxes" . That is not correct and they owe me money. Manager was not there.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give that. MY LASHES WASHED OFF THE DAY AFTER I GOT THEM (**noted that I waited till I was less upset to post my review.) I went to get my lashes done, I made an appointment for a few days later. I got there and they could barely understand me. Charged me twice what I paid for. DO NOT GVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!!!! Pick somewhere else.

Do not go to this place. Prices go up soon as you walk in also. Waste of time and waste of money. Appointment was never made and entire trip was wasted and no way to even communicate with staff since no one speaks English. Do not waste your time or money.

Went in for a massage with Lily for the first time. The massage was amazing. I like deep tissue/lots of pressure, and Lily did not disappoint. I felt so much better after finishing the massage, and plan on returning again soon.
