Three of my family members were seeing the Dr there and were happy with her care. I recently called for our written prescription only refill and I was told she had left the practice and there was no one replacing her at the moment. My son is on medication for adhd and had 2 pills left. When I asked about how do I go about getting our scripts refilled, the receptionist told me the I would have to call my primary. Well my sons pediatrician doesn't handle his adhd, that's why we came to you! No heads up on the Dr leaving the practice, no replacement Dr that can write a script. Left us completely in a lurch. Oh and they wanted to charge us $1 a page for a copy of records! Unprofessional!

They only answer the phone during the afternoon, sometimes i need to cancel an appointment or make one and it's hard because I work nights and I can only call in the morning. The doctors are friendly, but time wise, they're schedules are not flexible.
