Needed eye lash glue for a wedding, my lashes where not staying on. It was a quick visit. And after getting the glue the lashes stayed on all day and night.

I will advise you against ordering from this company.they claim free returns.not truei ordered some hair products & then found one for half the price in another store. When I contacted them to return it, I was informed that I would have to pay the ups fee of $7.49 plus another $7.49 bc after the return my original order would be less than the amount to qualify for free shipping. This would mean I would have to pay $15 to return a $20 item. Of course it was not worth it so I kept the over priced item. I have never heard of such a policy. When I called, I was told tough luck in essence. Be aware that they do NOT have free returns & they are not customer friendly. In my opinion, you are better off shopping locally where you can return personally & not be taken advantage of. Just another noteif they offer a discount be sure your order reached their FREE shipping total before the discount or else you will be charged shipping. Very unethical practices.be aware!

This was my first time in the store and i was shopping with my mother and my son had to use the bathroom so i took him next door to the bathroom. When i came back there was an associate at the door mouthing that they were closed. I try to explain to her that my mother was still in there and she had a smug look on her face still saying well were closed and i said Ill just call her. When i called my mother she was stating that she was in the store. So i waited for her outside. About 5 minutes later after the associate told me they were closed the same associate let a man in who was waiting for whoever he was with. I was confused as to why he was allowed to come and not me with my 4 year old to wait for my mother. So i went back up to the door and asked to come inside to wait for my mother. I was then met with attitude and then as i entered the store she mumbled under her breathe Geez and had a huge attitude. I also saw her have another attitude with a woman who was trying to enter. the store hours were advertised as closing at 7pm and she was under the impression they closed at 7 pm But the associate was again rude with the woman who was only following the sign posting. Im disappointed in the service as this was my first experience in the store. Ill make sure not to make the same mistake again and come to a store where associates feel comfortable with treating customers rudely.
