        Staff was great to get our order out, however you do not take back returns. We understand restocking/reshipping fees being on the customer, but to not at all is disappointing. We were working with an engineering firm that had spec your product out but ended up not wanting it.

        T&C has a knowledgeable and professional staff that always takes care of my requests quickly and accurately , I have yet to have a complaint about their products from my customers and have been selling T&C products in various capacities for over two decades.

        just gave a call here to ask for a Maintenance supervisor and this snotty receptionist answered and hung up on my face. what kinda ppl do they have working here ??? They should have a good talk with that receptionist
